Geology and Features
This unique natural formation, carved by the Abasha River, is an anticline canyonic valley composed of limestone rocks from the Abdat period. Spanning a length of 2,400 meters, the canyon’s depth ranges from 20 to 30 meters, while its width varies between 5 and 10 meters. Along its course, the canyon boasts several small waterfalls, the tallest reaching heights of 12 to 15 meters. A particularly striking section, known as Ofutskhole, carries the nickname "Dadiani's Bath" (Dadiani's Sabanao), referencing the region's historical nobility.
